Dear Peace of Mind -
It was so wonderful to have Joe back home with us over the holidays and to see the incredible things that he accomplished while at the Houston OCD Program. It was incredible. Our family members could not believe how much he had matured in just two months, how confident he was, and how much progress he had made in his OCD symptoms. Of course he still has work to do, as does my family and we are working hard to continue the therapy he learned while in Houston.
His stay in Houston was been a turning point for my family. Prior to it, my parents were almost at the end of their rope - not knowing what they could do but wanting so desperately to give their son every opportunity to succeed.
We now have hope and knowledge that he can live independently and achieve his goals!
